We were able to hit up three booths, Gusteau’s to Go, 4*TOWN FAV*4*RITES, & Elemental Table!
Gusteaus to Go-
We had the Ratatouille Pizzeta & the Gusteau Macaron, both were good, but the macaron was the clear winner, it has crème brûlée mousse and a caramel center, so yummy, and it’s cute too!
4*TOWN FAV*4*RITES-
We got the Red Panda Bao with Garlic Chili Sauce & the Panda Apocalypse, which is a brownie, topped with cheesecake and cream cheese frosting. Both of these were amazing 10/10!
Elemental Table-
We got the two margaritas, the H2O-Rita and the Exothermic Margarita. These drinks were just ok, I was expecting the Exothermic to be spicy, sadly it was not. They are pretty, I like the rock candy lollipop, and they did make them very strong, but I would not get them again.

This snack is huge! It’s a wheat cracker with lime mayonnaise, lettuce, Jalapeño-onion-cilantro salad, aguachile salsa, hot sauce, and it comes loaded with lime cooked shrimp and avocado, all for $12.49!
I loved this so much, it’s a shareable portion, it’s light and refreshing, so it doesn’t weigh you down. It does bring the heat, so if you’re not a fan of spice like I am, it may be too much. I highly recommend this!

We had an amazing time in Epcot. The park was decorated beautifully, the festival of the holidays food was amazing, I loved the holiday overlay on Living with the land, & the Candlelight Processional was truly breathtaking. So many amazing experiences and wonderful memories made.

The Christmas Tree Trail at a Disney Springs was so much fun! My family and I had a great time finding all the different trees. They’re all so pretty especially at night. The Nightmare Before Christmas tree was definitely my favorite, so many great details. The Haunted Mansion tree was a close second. Have you tried this experience? What’s your favorite tree? Don’t you just love a mad tea party?
Join us for lunch at Blue Bayou. Featuring bottomless mint juleps, Creole roasted chicken, and a crème brûlée that dreams are made of. For some reason the andouille sausage was MIA on my main course. While it was good, I didn’t love this dish. I would highly recommend to go during dinner when you can get the filet, the filet is outstanding, this was ok, but the mint juleps and crème brûlée never disappoint. Have you been to Blue Bayou? What is your favorite thing to order here?

Disney’s Riviera Resort. My family and I had the best time at Riviera. The Resort is gorgeous, the food & service were impeccable, all of the Cast Members we encountered were outstanding ! I can’t recommend this resort enough. The best coffee shop on property IMO, and the smell in the lobby was amazing. Transportation on the skyliner was great, just a quick ride to Epcot & Hollywood Studios! If you haven’t been to Riviera I suggest you check it out, it’s so awesome!
