🚢 What’s your favourite cruise line? In the last year I’ve been lucky to sail with @virginvoyages and @celebritycruises , as well as visiting ships with @fred.olsencruiselines and @princesscruises All the ships were beautiful but all VERY different! Virgin offered an amazing adults only escape with brilliant food, whilst celebrity offered a luxury yet still family friendly cruise with fab drinks and entertainment. The princess ship was a more traditional ship yet packed full with brilliant technology and the Fred Olsen ship was again traditional but a smaller ship with a bit more of a personal touch. Summer 2025 will see us sailing with Royal Caribbean and we are so excited to see what they offer for our family cruise! 🎤🎵💃🪩 Entertainment on the Celebrity Apex 🪩💃🎵🎤 I love a bit of entertainment and the variety on the Celebrity Apex definitely kept us entertained! There were three main venues for entertainment, the Theatre, the Club and Eden. We managed to see every theatre show on the Apex. Every night there is a different show and there were two showing of each show which meant we never had any trouble getting a seat. The shows were introduced by the wonderful cruise director Alex, who also hosted some of the other entertainment including a great music quiz. There was a real mixture of high quality entertainment from singers, comedians and illusionists to full theatre production casts. We were fortunate to have both Andrew Derbyshire and Jon Courtenay on while we were on and they were both outstanding. In addition to this in the Club we enjoyed quizzes, karaoke and other live entertainment. Often led by the brilliant entertainment manager Bethany. 📸Disneyland Paris PhotoPass+ - Is it worth it?📸 To answer that question it really depends on what you will be using it for. There are only 6 rides across both parks that have PhotoPass opportunities so if you are going for the rides it’s probably not worth it at €85. However, if you enjoy the character meets and capturing those magic moments then it is definitely worth it! In our experience the photographers have been great at capturing our character encounters and totally worth the spend on each trip. Little throwback to our trip to Disneyland Paris in February (how was that nearly two months ago?!) We were there for three days and, by using premier access for some of the busier ride, we managed to get around everything we wanted to. We could easily have spent another day or two though going back on some of our favourites. In 2019 we had a brilliant stay @excellenceelcarmen This All Inclusive Resort was brilliant with a great mix of restaurants and bars - and brilliant accommodation. 🇫🇷Our trip to Disneyland Paris a few weeks ago was incredible. We stayed in Hotel New York The Art of Marvel and it was perfect for us and our Spider-Man daft 2 year old!
