This type of project isn't fun, but it's necessary and I'm glad to have the rotten wood on the chimney replaced. It still has to warm up before it can be painted, but the bulk of the work is done.

We still have plans for some more landscaping, but the "Stargazer" is complete and ready for our guests to relax during the day or at night. During the day, it's so peaceful to just look up at the sky and forget about everything else.

It's pretty incredible to spend time out here on a starry night, but even if it's a clear sky, we added string lights for ambience and the luminaries create a magical path.

This has been a guest favorite at Freedom Finder, so we wanted to add this for guests at Memory Maker Cabin as well. Toja Grid has amazing products to help us stand apart!

It took a lot of work to prepare a place for the "Stargazer" at Memory Maker. We didn't have a flat spot of land, so we had to bring in dirt and build a small retaining wall.

We definitely thought it was worth it to be able to add this awesome amenity by Toja Grid for our cabin guests.

There's always so much that goes on behind the scenes to make out guest experience that much better,

I got to spend a couple of days enjoying Memory Maker Cabin with friends. Be sure to take your Pic in the giant chair ( and if you want to tag us, we would love to see it).

The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. My friend whipped up this incredible Pad Thai.

Max's Lakeside and The Swing Bar is about 35 minutes away and we'll worth the beautiful drive. The pizza and the shrimp scampi are both incredible!

We ❤️ the new landscape lights at Memory Maker. It was worth waiting 6 weeks for them to get here.

Work day at Memory Maker Cabin. Here are a few things done today. We now have fiber internet at both cabins-it's super fast! New ceiling fans and lights on the upper porch, and the hall got a new coat of paint.

The loft at Memory Maker is a cool space and it's getting even better. The current queen bed is being replaced with a king.

There are so many outdoor activities to choose from here. There's something for everyone, from the extreme outdoor enthusiast to the casual outdoor lover. From waterfalls that only take a few steps to reach to ziplining, kayaking, and horseback riding, there are more activities than you'll be able to do in one trip. You'll fall in love with our town just like I did and keep coming back!
