We chose the privilege club because it included Butler service. The room was nice but dated. Aesthetically, the resort was beautiful. It opened in 2021, so we were hoping the reviews were accurate.

Once we got settled in, we found out there was no Butler assigned to us. We had to text a number and PRAY someone showed up.

Room service took FOREVER to come. One night, it took 3 hours for my food to arrive. Needless to say, I had already fallen asleep because it was almost 3 AM when the food arrived.

We made the most of our visit by doing things off the property. Again, there were good things about this resort but it isn’t a resort I’d send clients to because I’d never return.
