Crazy news! Muppet Vision 3D is closing to make room for Monsters!

That’s right, humans will be able to enter the world of Monsters, Inc. when it is added to the south side of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new land will include the coaster we’ve all dreamed of – a suspended ride recreating the door vault scene – plus dining and shopping and a whole new theater show.

To make way for the monsters, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and more of their friends will be moving right along to Sunset Boulevard! But there’s more to the story: The Muppets will be taking over Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, teaming up with some of music’s biggest stars for a rockin’ music festival!

In the meantime, there’s still enough time for guests to catch a super-stretch limo to the Forum to enjoy Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith and catch Muppet*Vision 3D again before their final curtain calls.

Reach for the sky! Toy Story was released on this date in 1995! Today I spotlight none other than Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The detail in this land is adorable, and it’s home to Alien Swirling Saucers, Slinky Dog Dash, and Toy Story Mania.

One of the best things I’ve done at Universal Orlando was riding a Mardi Gras float! It is so much fun being in the parade and tossing beads to the crowd.

🎄Christmas has arrived to almost all the theme parks and hotels!

Last week I saw Christmas decor at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. Disney Springs was decked out as well, and the Gingerbread displays in the resort hotels are up!

I’m sure Epcot will follow suit soon as Food and Wine wraps up and Festival of the Holiday commences. There’s still time to plan a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, reach out!

Sapphire Falls appreciation post!

This hotel was beautiful with a great pool with water slide. It has a Universal store, coffee shop, and great restaurant options like Amatista Cookhouse. It also had great drinks at Strongwater Tavern. Though not a Premier, so no express passes included, a big perk of your stay at this Signature hotel is the water taxi and walking path to the parks. Only about a half mile and you are through security and ready for fun!

What an amazing week! Just got back from our annual conference. Learned a ton, had too much fun, and enjoyed quality time with the best people!

Was excited to win some awards from 2023 as well. It’s rewarding enough to plan vacations for my great clients-some bling for my desk is icing on the cake.

The new Dreamworks area at Universal Studios is so cute! So many great play spaces for kids to run around or get wet, great character experiences, fun snacks, and the Trollercoaster.
