This is a great house if you are interested in an activity filled week.
Delaware beach home in a luxury gated community available for rent! The House is on the Golf course - Near Rehoboth & Lewes Beach. Private beach inside the gates on the bay side. Tons of activities for the adults & kids. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, wave pool, kayaking, bike rentals, mini golf, Golf, tennis, pickle-ball, basketball, hiking trails, spa, and more! 5 bedroom 3.5 baths, Sleeps 12. Pool side food service. Fancy clubhouse for gourmet meals.
You can take the Cape May, NJ to Lewes,DE car ferry for an extra adventure!
7 nights rentals in June, July, and August. 3 nights minimum rest of the year.
Sorry no pets of guests allowed.
All in with Linens, activity fees, cleaning, etc. $5000/wk or $750/night. Sleeps 12, 5 bedroom 3.5 baths,

Indoor/Outdoor Pool. Wave Pool for the kids, Bike Rentals, Nature Trails, Kayaking, Fishing, Mutiple restaurants, Tennis, Basketball, Pickle Ball Courts, Mini Golf, Foosball table, ping pong table. Formal Dinning. Golf and use of amenities is extra and gets paid directly to the clubhouse.
