Do you love riding Living With the Land in EPCOT? If so, the Behind the Seeds Tour is perfect for you.

This is a 1 hour tour of the four greenhouses and the fish farm. You will get an up close look at the plants and fish.

Chef Mickey's Spotlight:
Do you have a kid, family member, girlfriend/boyfriend, spouse, friend, etc. that is OBSESSED with all things Mickey? Are you that person? If so, I have the perfect restaurant for you...Chef Mickey's.

Chef Mickey's is conveniently located within Disney's Contemporary Resort, which makes it a great dining option for rest days. You can easily access this resort via the Monorail, by Disney Bus or by car (just let security know you have a reservation for Chef Mickey's at the gate). The restaurant is open for both breakfast and dinner.

Chef Mickey's is a favorite among many Disney guests as you get to interact with not only Mickey himself, but also Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto (also known as the Fab 5). The Fab 5 walk around the restaurant and interact with guests, sign autographs and pose for pictures while guests enjoy an all-you-can-eat, family style meal. If you are lucky, you may even get to experience a parade of characters around the restaurant during your meal.

Breakfast options at Chef Mickey's include Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Bacon, Slow-roasted Beef Brisket, Mickey Waffles and more!

If dinner is more your speed, you can enjoy Caesar Salad, Citrus-Poached Shrimp Salad, Potato Gnocchi, Roasted Garlic Potato Gratin, Plant-based Farro Wheat Fried Rice, Prime Rib, Traditional Roast Breast Turkey and Salmon, and don't forget the assortment of desserts!

I always recommend clients take a break from the parks with a resort day during their vacation especially if they’re traveling with young kids. It can be EXHAUSTING to do 4 (or more) full park days in a row. So take a day to slow down and relax.
