El alojamiento
Villa Sea Breeze ha sido restaurada con buen gusto y completamente renovada por el propietario a un alto nivel. Distribuida en una sola planta, tiene dos dormitorios, ambos con baño privado, un salón y una cocina de planta abierta, un jardín subtropical y una bonita azotea. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas individuales con puertas de patio plegables que dan al jardín, hay un baño con ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y también cuenta con un baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje. La cocina compacta tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar su estadía y es de diseño abierto con el área de salón comedor. Hay un televisor con canales del Reino Unido e Internet (tenga en cuenta que SOLO se proporcionan canales del Reino Unido, sin embargo, puede instalar una aplicación en el televisor inteligente para acceder a otros servicios, incluida la televisión internacional). La villa tiene aire acondicionado en todas partes y también tiene calefacción central de gas. Hay deportes acuáticos en la playa de mayo a octubre, que incluyen motos de agua, paseos en banana y castillos hinchables en el mar. El Royal Tennis Club también está justo en la parte superior de la calle. Hay disponibles pases diarios y semanales y clases de tenis (el alquiler del equipo es adicional). También tienen un gran restaurante.
Hay siete restaurantes junto a la playa a poca distancia a pie.
Marbella está a unos minutos en coche, la ciudad de fiesta de Puerto Banús a unos 15 minutos y luego tienes las montañas para explorar si la playa no es lo tuyo.

The accommodation
Villa Sea Breeze has been tastefully restored and fully refurbished by the owner to a high standard. Arranged over one floor, it has two bedrooms both with private bathrooms, an open plan lounge diner with kitchen area, sub-tropical gardens and a lovely roof terrace. The lounge diner has full height patio doors that open onto two terraces. The master bedroom has twin beds with folding patio doors that lead onto the garden, this bedroom has an en- suite shower room, and there is also a nice dressing space. The second bedroom has a double bed and also features an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath bath. The modern compact kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is open plan with the lounge dining area. There is a TV with UK channels and internet is provided by wifi throughout. The villa is air conditioned and also has gas central heating. There is secure off road parking for one vehicle, in addition to the garden the villa has a roof top sun bathing area with magnificent views out to sea. This villa offers a secure environment for a family holiday.

The local area
Costabella is an area just a few minutes drive from the centre of Marbella, it is known for some of the best beaches along the coast. Playa del Alicante is right at the end of the road with one of the best local beach restaurants around.
The villa is served by a supermarket, pharmacy and bars all within walking distance and there are a number of local markets to enjoy, details of these and other local attractions are in your information pack inside the villa.
There are water sports on the beach from May to October including jet skis, banana ride, and inflatable sea bouncy castles. The Royal Tennis Club is also just at the top of the road. Daily and weekly passes and tennis tuition is available, (equipment rental is extra). They also have a great restaurant.
There are seven restaurants beach side within easy walking distances.
Marbella is a few minutes drive away, the party town of Puerto Banus about 15 minutes and then you have the mountains to explore if beach is not your thing.
