Let’s talk about FOOD in the UK: do not believe the lies. There are incredible opportunities for exquisite dining experiences everywhere! Here are just a few:

1️⃣ The Clove Club: the best fried chicken. No contest. This restaurant consistently appears on the list of the world’s 50 best restaurants.

2️⃣ The Fat Duck Restaurant: Heston Blumenthal’s flagship establishment. The most adventurous culinary experience of my life - expect the unexpected!

3️⃣ Cakes & Bubbles. That’s a full sentence. Read it again. Albert Adría’s restaurant in central London specializes in desserts and champagne. Are you convinced?

4️⃣ Core by Clare Smyth is the one place on this list I have not yet been. It’s high up on my wishlist and it should be on yours too.

London is also known for its Indian cuisine, so here’s my recommendation for that: Darjeeling Express. Try to get into their Biryani Supper Club. I dare you.

And don’t forget the myriad of incredible public markets, street food vendors, casual dining restaurants and bakeries. There is really something for everyone in the UK!
