I’ve been waiting for the right time to share this. But tonight, I was reminded that God chose me! So it brings me much joy to finally connect with you all. My name is Mikeisha Smith, and I'm the proud Founder of Jetxecutive, The Executive Jetsetter. A global community curated to helping you find that perfect harmony between life, wellness and the world of aviation. ✈️✨
Being a Flight Attendant for nearly 10 years has been an exhilarating, yet exhausting journey. The endless stamps in my passport, the array of cuisine and cultures I’ve indulged in, the unforgettable experiences with the best crews, the jaw-dropping destinations…The list goes on and on. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and has steered the trajectory of my life!

The sky isn’t the limit. It’s so easy to get consumed with the identity of being a Flight Attendant, that I was lost. I knew I couldn’t possibly be the only one who lost a sense of time, who didn’t know what day of the week it was, who missed an event or appointment due to fatigue or a last-minute trip, the list goes on and on. I realized that finding balance and knowing what is in your control, is the quintessential key for both personal and professional development. That is when Jetxecutive was born.
We serve our passengers, let’s pour into ourselves and one another! As we embark on this adventure, we’ll discuss productivity, scheduling, planning, mindfulness, wellness, and so much more! As a community, we’ll expand our knowledge in developing and maintaining your balance mentally, physically, and professionally while building meaningful connections as we navigate the unprecedented aviation landscape. Together, we can inspire one another to embark on a remarkable path of balancing the scales this industry so often tips.
