The new “Dreams That Soar” drone show at @waltdisneyworld is amazing!! 🤩 This show is scheduled to run at 9:00 pm and 10:45 pm nightly from May 24 through September 2, 2024. Double check your app for times in case they change later this summer. The show is at Disney Springs which means you don’t even need a park ticket to watch it. It would be a great evening activity for your arrival night or a rest day. The viewing area is located on the west side of Disney Springs between the Cirque du Soleil Theatre and Aerophile. The line for the 9:00 pm show opened at 7:30 and filled quickly so definitely arrive early!

Jaleo is also offering a tasting experience that allows you to watch the show from their patio. This would be a great way to make sure you can watch without having to wait in the line for the viewing area. It’s available to book on Open Table. I’ll link their site in my stories!

You don’t want to miss this new show in EPCOT! Forces of Nature by AntiGravity is so cool. It only happens Saturday-Wednesday in World Celebration in EPCOT so plan your park days accordingly. Remember to check the app in the morning for show times!

I always recommend at least one full day in Magic Kingdom (ideally two if you have young kids!)... BUT I recently ignored my own advice and did just half a day there. During a girls weekend at @waltdisneyworld, we fit all four parks into just two park days. 😅 I was really impressed with how much we fit in!
Our morning at Magic Kingdom went so smoothly thanks to Early Entry and arriving extra early at the park. We were on the first monorail an hour before Early Entry started! We also purchased Genie+ and got into the Virtual Queue for TRON. After we finished our morning at Magic Kingdom, we hopped on a bus to Animal Kingdom. As soon as we scanned into Buzz, I booked the Safari for over there and started stacking afternoon lightning lanes to use when we got there.

Anxiety level 10/10 but 100% worth it!
Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is THE most popular ride at @universalorlando for good reason. It is my favorite ride and a must-do in my opinion. It is NOT included with Express Pass, so even if you opt to pay for that service, you will need to be strategic to get on Hagrid’s without a long wait.
The best time to ride Hagrid’s is during Early Park Admission. If you’re a guest at one of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels, you can enter the park an hour early which is a huge benefit! You can also go to Early Park Admission if you purchase multi-day park tickets through a travel agent (like me!) but I highly recommend staying on property.
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel last week and went to Early Park Admission at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. We lined up at the park entrance about 45 minutes before Early Admission started and only had a few people ahead of us. As you can see, the crowd behind us grew quickly! We were able to ride Hagrid’s with a very short wait and my big girls got to ride twice using child swap since my youngest isn’t tall enough to ride yet. We finished both rides and went to the wand show at Ollivander’s before Early Park Admission ended. By park opening the wait for Hagrid’s was already over an hour. It was totally worth waking up early!

My favorite time of day in the parks is in the morning right after Rope Drop (the actual park opening time when they drop the ropes to open the lands and attractions). The temperatures and crowds are lower and you can get so much done! Then take a break at your hotel when it gets hot in the afternoon and come back for the evening refreshed and ready to go. You might not be able to make it “rope drop TO close” in the parks, but try “rope drop AND close” on your next trip!
