Hey y’all! I’m Marsha, and I host the Cottage at Noteworthy Farm. My husband + I moved our family from Nashville to the quaint little village of Hampshire twenty-four years ago to escape to the country.

Seven years ago, we decided to start hosting our guest cottage on Airbnb and VRBO. We love sharing our peaceful setting with others who want to unplug, recharge, and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We’ve had folks from as far away as Ireland to local friends and neighbors looking for a quick getaway. I pray that each guest will be blessed with their stay, as it blesses me to have them.

“My wife and I had a great weekend. Started with a tour of one of the three nearby wineries. After a tasting and buying a couple of bottles of wine, we went back to the cottage. We sipped our wine, listened to the radio (and sang along), and just enjoyed each other without the distractions of internet, cell phones, and television. It was a great weekend to reconnect with my best friend.”

“I cannot say enough good about Noteworthy Farm. The cabin is so cozy, quaint, and sweetly decorated. We had so much fun fishing in the pond- my husband caught a record sized largemouth! Marsha and Wynn were so hospitable and you can tell they really enjoy sharing their little slice of heaven with others. Our stay was wonderful and we’ll definitely be back!”⠀
