Need extra space or traveling with a group of 5+? The Disney Vacation Club rooms at the Disney resorts are a great option. This was a one-bedroom at Kidani Village at the Animal Kingdom where we stayed a few weeks ago. We arrived after dark bc we went into Hollywood Studios that day so I included savanna room view pics in the comments. 🦒🦓

Visiting Universal Studios? It’s one of my fav places!! 😍 For anyone who knows me, I’m slightly (ok, a little more than slightly 😉) obsessed with Harry Potter so I make it a point to get to Harry Potter World at least once a year! 🧙🏻‍♂️

If you’re headed there as well, keep in mind that staying on property is always best IMO. There are many resort options, at many different price points. My fav is Lowe’s Royal Pacific. 🌺 It’s right in the middle price wise and actually location wise too.

You can walk to the parks AND it’s the cheapest of the hotels that give you unlimited express passes!!! 🙌 This is HUGE!!!! A game changer for your trip. If you’re only going into the parks 1 or 2 days then this is a MUST to be able to see and do everything!! 👊

**Keep in mind to ride the Hogwarts Express to & from Hogsmead and Diagon Alley you need a park-to-park ticket. 🎫

Here’s a little trick 😉 Through the Disney Experience app you can pre-order food from certain restaurants at the resorts and parks. If you don’t feel like waiting in line, if it’s busy and you want to find a table first or if you’re waiting in line for a ride and know you want to eat when you get off, you can order through the app, click “ready to order” when you’re ready for them to start your meal, apply your dining credits (if you want) and you’ll get a notification when it’s ready. Then you simply walk up to the mobile order counter and get it! No line, no waiting!!! BRILLIANT!!! 👊
