- Minutes’ drive from beaches, restaurants, shopping, and downtown areas. Less than 40 min drive from Fort Myers Airport
- Steps from community pool, gym, and tennis courts
- NO young children and NO smoking or pets

Pricing:
- 2023 Weekly rentals range from $1,850-$2,350 (depending on the month)
- Costs include cleaning & registration fees.
- Refundable $500 security deposit required (not included in costs)
