"Carrie made a dream a reality for our trip to Australia! For the planning of this trip, she listened to all of our wants and got an idea of how we traveled (we are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers). I was so impressed with our itinerary and all the details, I would have never thought of, were covered. We could access all our travel plans through an app throughout our trip, which was very convenient.

She reassured us that throughout our trip she would be available if anything came up. And let me tell you, she was!! She went above and beyond to support us as we navigated changes in travel plans because of Cyclone Jasper. My husband and I felt at ease throughout our trip because she was so responsive.
