Our Story!

Hello my name is Roger and my story starts with coming to this area when I drove for Fed Ex long haul. I would pass this area in Utah and think wow! that has to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited! and someday I would like to move to that area?My wife Susan and I were looking for a warmer area due to a bad accident she had in 2015 and needed to live a warm dry climate due to the weather hurting her permanent injuries she sustained due to a fall. After we moved here we realized how many people would go to Zion and St George area? and also how Motels were over charging and thought we had always wanted to have vacation rentals? and would like others to enjoy this area at a fair, reasonable price.
