Dog friendly boutique holiday home set in an idyllic Lincolnshire hamlet.

You can’t go on holiday without your four legged friend!

Our dog package, as a bookable extra, comes with a dog bed, toy, bowls and treats.

There is also a muddy paws and boots station outside which included a scrubber and towels.

The house is deep sanitised before and after every booking!

Please keep paws off the beds and sofas though!

There is also a great walk through the fields to the local dog friendly pub!

As we soon enter the month of love we are pleased to share with you that from the 1st of February until the end of February we will be stocked with limited edition YOU’RE BREWTIFUL speciality coffee.

We can definitely confirm that it is beautiful coffee!

What to expect: Find an aroma of Lemon peach tea with a tropical fruit body. Notes of elderflower linger afterwards too. Looking for love? You’ve found it.

The only question is where would you sit and enjoy your first cup in the morning?

For those that have asked 🥰 kitchen is painted Shaded White by Farrow and Ball with DeVol handles, taps and catches. Worktop will be Silestone Lagoon. The kitchen itself is hand made by RJC Furniture Kitchens and Bedrooms. It is stunning Rob - thank you 🙏 The fridge….when it arrives…. will be a SMEG Retro Fab30 in white. Cooker is an induction Bertazzoni Professional in stainless steel…when it also arrives 😂🙈

I can’t wait to see it all come together and share it with you! 🥰

So glad we went with the black radiators. Beautiful 😍 Heating comes on this week! First time the whole Ostlers cottage will be heated since it was built some 200 years ago! The whole ground floor has under floor heating as well! 😎

A beautiful sea of Aconites. I love how these build year on year. 🥰 🌼 Just starting to notice the clusters of Snowdrops starting to push through too. Looking forward to sharing this peace and tranquillity with you all ☺️

Black radiators 🤩 These are going to look fab against the beautiful black Feather and Black beds. Just need the heating up and running and the flooring down before we start piecing it all together! Exciting times!

It is cold out there! 🥶 Wrap up warm! Today is most definitely a log fire, hot chocolate and when the movie is finished jump in a hot tub with a glass of wine kind of day! Talking of which, the Ostlers Cottage hot tub arrives soon! Can’t wait to share it with you! 🫧

And a few more 🥰 Love the steel conduit against the brick and the vintage bulbs that cast a candlelight feel in every room. I can’t wait to share this with everyone when it’s all finished. The Ostlers Cottage will soon be available on Sykes for rental!
Hot tub base is the next big job as we wait for the plumber to get the heating set up!

It is looking like a white Christmas 🎄 Can’t wait to see it all finished - only the base cost but what a difference. The shadows the brick work creates are mesmerising. Stairs being painted in Charlston Grey 🥰
