No one says bye to Halloween and hello to Christmas faster than Disney!

Who is excited to see the Holidays decorations up at Magic Kingdom today?!! (The tree will not go up for a few more days) but the pumpkins have come down and the garland has gone up!

This is the MOST magical time to be in Disney, even though Disney is always magical there is something extra special about this time of the year.

My only complaint? I love the music in Hollywood Studios on Sunset Blvd and it obviously turns into Christmas music this time of the year so I don’t hear my favorite songs lol. I’ll survive.

The rest of the parks will start their decorating in the upcoming days/weeks!

I know that physically moving to Florida should subside the feeling of needing to book a Disney trip, but it doesn’t.

The days are passing and I technically don’t have a countdown to Disney so that’s a bit depressing.

🏃‍♂️Rope Drop in Disney World- what does it mean and how do you do it?

Let me preface this with rope dropping is not for everyone, nor is it for the weak 😂

Rope dropping is essentially taking advantage of early entry as a Disney resort guest and being one of the first people on your favorite attraction. Allowing you to hopefully get onto an attraction that generally has longer wait times during the day to avoid the wait. It also allows you to go on 1-3 attractions prior to the scheduled park opening time.

Disney Resort Guests can enter the parks 30 minutes prior to park opening but you can ACTUALLY enter the park 30 minutes before that posted time! If you don’t know that, you will end up late and confused on how or why!

Allow me to explain- If Hollywood Studios scheduled park opening time is 9 AM and Early Entry is 8:30 AM then Hollywood Studios will allow you to scan into the park at 8 AM. Which means you should have been to the Disney transportation (IE. bus/skyliner/etc) no later than 7:05 AM.

To know these details is to have a successful rope drop. But you must be willing to be up and at it early, and power walk (DONT RUN) to your favorite attractions!

Some people choose to sleep in and that’s fine but I personally love hitting rope drop and riding Slinky Dog Dash and Tower twice in a row all before the park opens to other guests. I feel successful before the park even opens! lol

Breakfast at Sleepy Hollow, watched the opening show at the castle and had time for the People Mover & Pirates 🏴‍☠️

I’ve never had a slow easy going morning at Magic Kingdom and it was pure bliss 🧇☀️

Happy Birthday Toy Story Land!

My favorite memory of this land is the first time that Jackson saw it. He was obsessed with Toy Story in 2019 during that trip. He ran into the land and was so excited to see it. Toy Story had always been one of our favorite movies and this land is so immersive.

So immersive that they have no trees giving you any sort of shade 🥴😂
