Ahh, southern charm. The folks at The Hideaway recommended a restaurant called Brief Escape, 2 miles from here. It's an old southern house open 2 days a week. On Mondays the menu is Spaghetti and "whatever else the chef feels like cooking". Salad, water or tea, an entree and dessert for $10 p/p, which you pay by dropping it into a coffee cup. Magical!

Spent a few wonderful days at Circle JJ Ranch in Scio, OH. Now, for a couple of weeks of relaxation and fun here at River Ridge Campground in Mt. Olivet. It'll be fantastic not having to drive for two whole weeks! Now, let's hope Ida doesn't totally wash out week one here.

Very sad to hear that our friends over at Sugar Creek Campground in Only, TN flooded again this year. From what we hear, everyone is safe, which is the most important thing. We here at Full Time G**s wish for a speedy clean up and recovery!

Well, today's travel day certainly threw everything it had at us today. But, we've finally made it to Vermont Freedom Campground. Cocktail is poured and ready to relax for a bit. Thank you to David for his quick and safe reaction to our tire failure!

Our present situation. Our tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) saved the day by warning us the instant one of our tires started losing pressure, allowing me to get us safely pulled over onto the shoulder before a blowout.
