Brothers and sisters,
Assalaamu Alaykum

If you are interested in performing Umrah with HUITL take note of the following information and instructions.
It is advisable to book Umrah packages at least 6 weeks before its departure date to avoid an increase in the airfare. Also, you would need the time to get yourself vaccinated and to source the US dollars to pay for the expenses in Saudi Arabia and airfare.

Note: See HUITL Umrah flyer with the details for each package.

The following requirements must be fulfilled. Make sure your passport is valid for 6 months from the date of departure from Trinidad.
You are required to get the following vaccines.
1. Meningitis (ACYW135) - which must be given within 3 years from the date of departure from Trinidad.
2. Yellow fever is lifetime - no need to vaccinate again if you already has it.
3. Hepatitis B is lifetime - no need to vaccinate again if you already has it.
4. Flu shot is highly recommended.
5. You are required to get an International Vaccination Card from the Public Health office for your area.
The yellow fever vaccine must be entered on this card. Entering other vaccines on this card are not mandatory.
6. You are required to travel with all your vaccination cards together with the International vaccination card.
7. You must be fully vaccinated 14 days in advance of your arrival in Saudi Arabia.
8. All pilgrims would need to get US dollars (cash or US bank drafts) to pay for expenses as outlined in the packages in Saudi Arabia.
Credit cards can be use to pay for the airline tickets.
In order for you to purchase USD at the banks, Hajj Umrah and International Tours Ltd would issue a letter to you addressed to the bank. This you would take to the bank and
request the amount of USD for your trip.

On behalf of Mr. Eidul Khan and his family, I wish to announce the arrangements for the Janaazah and burial of our beloved brother Mr. Bashirudeen Khan.
His body will be placed in the Rawdah of our Prophet Muhammad (UWBP) Mosque for the janaazah prayer after Isha salaah today which is at 1:45pm TT time.
After the salaah the Janaazah will be performed. The body would then be buried in Al Baqi cemetery.
What a great honour and gift given to our brother by Allah.
Just stop and think of what he has achieved having been chosen by Allah to perform the hajj which occurred only less than one week ago. He was privileged to travel from Makkah to Madinah the same day he died. He was chosen to die and be buried in the same city as our Prophet (UWBP). Now his body will be positioned for the Janaazah in one of the gardens of paradise (Rawdah) Insha Allah. He was chosen by Allah from among more than 2 million people who performed the hajj this year.
And he was given an invitation from Allah to perform hajj 2023 from among 1.8 billion Muslims worldwide.
Really, which awards are most worthy to us Muslims. I can’t think of any other award in this world that I would like to have above this one.
This death of our brother under the circumstances, place, time etc can only be considered the best death for any Muslim.
We at Hajj Umrah and International Tours Ltd consider it a great honour and privilege to be part of our brother last 4 years of life.
He registered with us to go hajj in 2020 but the pandemic caused cancellation of hajj that year. He was very disappointed.
He tried again in 2022, the new system set an age limit of 65, he couldn’t go, he was again disappointed.
This year 2023 he completed Umrah and Hajj. He made full use of his time in Makkah reaping all the rewards available to him.
Then he traveled to Madinah and he was chosen to have a beautiful death and Insha Allah to be buried in the same city where some of great companions of our Prophet (UWBP) and heroes of Islam are buried.
I must commend his brother Mr. Eidul Khan for giving his full support and encouragement to his brother Mr. Bashirudeen Khan to perform the hajj since 2020. Br. Eidul was very instrumental in Bashirudeen decision to make this trip.
May Allah bless Eidul, Bashirudeen and their families with jannatul firdous.

Hajj Umrah and International Tours would like to express our deepest condolences to the family of Bashirudeen Khan, who passed away early Friday morning. He traveled to Saudi Arabia 17 days ago with our group to perform Hajj.
He completed his Hajj and arrived with the group in Madinah Thursday afternoon.
May Allah accept his Hajj and all his Ibadah which he was engaged in during his trip.
Br. Bashirudeen is accompanied by his brother Eidul Khan on this sacred journey.
This is a great blessing from Allah to Bashirudeen having just completed his hajj and now in the city of our Prophet Muhammad (UWBP) where he passed away.
May Allah forgive our brother all his sins and grant him the jannatul firdous.

May Allah grace us all with such an honourable death as our brother was blessed with, he is truly on a merit list and it’s full of good signs of a person to die with so many virtues, being after hajj, being a traveller, on Friday night, in the blessed Madina Al-Munawwarah, being a Muadhin subhanallah! Here some supporting information for us to understand:

1. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever can manage to die in Madinah, let him die there, for I will intercede for whoever dies there.”
(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, no. 3917)

It was narrated that ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “ O Allah, grant me martyrdom for Your sake and make my death in the land of Your Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 1890

2. Abdullah bin Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: “No Muslim dies on the day of Friday, nor the night of Friday, except that Allah (Most High) protects him from the trials of the grave.” [Tirmidhi]

3. Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “Whoever performs Hajj and does not commit any obscenity or commit any evil will go back (free of) sin as on the day his mother bore him” (Bukhari)

The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “…an accepted Hajj brings no reward but Paradise.” Al-Bukhaari (1773)

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever goes out for the Hajj pilgrimage and dies, the reward of Hajj will be written for him until the Day of Resurrection. al-Mu’jam al-Awsaṭ 5467

4. The Prophet said: Three supplications are answered, there being no doubt about them; that of a father, that of a traveller and that of one who has been wronged. (Sunan Abu Dawood)

5. The Muadhin will receive forgiveness for the distance his voice travels. Every [living or dead] creature will bear testimony on his behalf [on the Day of Qiyamah], and he will receive the reward of all those people who performed Salah with him. (Sunnan Nasai)

May Allah accept his hajj, his travels, his Duas, his good deeds and all ours, we were blessed to be there as his last company.
