To think in just a few days we closed on this place only 3 months ago. The St Augustine Grant House went from old and tired to bright and refreshed. Still have plenty of work ahead of us but we couldn’t be happier and blessed to be on this journey 👍

OK so I’m a few days behind but here are some pictures of the progress. We have on the house for one month and this is The current state. Still more work to be done but definitely happy with the transformation thus far. The Grant house is coming to life!!
