We have had a great start to the year. Even better now the sun has made an appearance. Just a few of the latest comments in the guest book and the lovely mural at the Garden Centre which is well worth a visit.

Well what a year it’s been. A huge thank you to everyone that has come to stay with us over the last 12 months. Here’s to another fantastic year at Chapel St Leonard’s, Lincolnshire’s beautiful coast. There will hopefully be a few great additions for next summer, with a much improved patio and garden area, one to hopefully match the interior. Watch this space.

Amazing to see this just up the road. I hope they stick around for a bit.
If you would like to book a short get away or longer holiday get in touch. Still have dates available in January and February. Just make sure you pack your wool hat.

Look what was spotted off Anderby Creek yesterday! Sightings of common dolphins like this are rare from the Lincolnshire coast, but with lots of luck (and patience!) you might get a glimpse of an occasional visitor. Bottlenose dolphins and minke whale have also been recorded, and harbour porpoises are a far more regular sight - as well as plenty of grey and common seals, of course. Look out for our special sea watching events later in the year!

So we got to spend some time at Plum Tree Corner today, first time in a long time due to being so busy (which is great and huge thanks to everyone that has stayed with us). While here we decided to brave the weather and visit Donna Nook. So pleased we did it was wonderful. What an amazing thing to be able to see just up the road from Chapel St Leonard’s.

Well what a summer holidays we have had and it’s not over yet. We have hosted so many lovely guests this August and it’s been so nice to have such great feed back. This message in the guest book today is the icing on the cake. We are almost fully booked until November but if you fancy a trip to the sea side please get in touch. 🦭

The smooth running of any business can be challenging at times and we have certainly had a few things to deal with this month. Just a little issue of trying to schedule a full new drainage system while being fully booked and not letting guests down. Luckily we have had the most amazing guests staying with us, and everyone has be so understanding and so kind. This is our latest review and makes it all worth while. However I do not want a collapsed drain again. Huge thank you to Titanium water utilities.
