Update: Change in Journey.

Hey everyone, you have not heard from me for a good couple of months now and for that I apologize. See my various jobs, including this one takes me to many wonderful and far off places in the country and travel was one thing I was always busy with, to find you the most wonderful places to go see and stay at. Then I found a place so special, so unique and the most beautiful place in the country.. It stole my heart, and I decided to make one last journey. Last year December 2022 I left all I knew behind and found my new home in Hogsback. I thought I was well prepared for this new world, but alas I was not. I have been spending the last 4 months surviving the mountain and trying to find a balance. Living fully off-grid in the forest with rapid and fierce weather changes, very busy daily life , building my small cabin bigger and dealing with daily life on a forest homestead deep in the mountains. It has been quite the challenge but an amazing journey filled with Mist and Magic.

My work I do inspired me to take this final journey and settle. But I had to find the most beautiful place in the country and I did. I will be able to put more time into my accommodations again as winter is coming and the snows will fall soon, thus slowing the pace of outside work for a bit. YES I said SNOW. This is why I am here, nothing more beautiful than snow in the forests.
The stunning Autumn has begun and its changed this sleepy little village into a plethora of magnificent colors and beauty! The cold has followed with it and whispers of snow has begun.

I will share some photos soon of my journey thus far and give updates on life in Hogsback. It is truly one of the most Unique places I have ever called home.
