The moodiness of Maine is truly an unforgettable, ethereal experience. With its ability to harmonize seemingly impossible elements - rocky coast lines, deserts, mountains, pine forests, grass fields, and unique flora and fauna - there simply is no other place in the world like Maine. And although these words don’t do it justice, the lovely was able to do just that with her recent visit to Salt House at . The way she captured the light floating throughout the house is pure magic, and we hope her photographs inspire you to take a moment to slow down and be still. 🫶

Nestled just a few minutes from Killington Resort, Rockwell Haus masters the art of mid-century-meets-modern design like no other. With five bedrooms, two completely renovated bathrooms, a brand new chef’s kitchen, two living rooms, including a bar and game room, on demand propane fireplace, Brooklinen bedding and linens, multiple entertainment centers, ski storage, retro decor throughout, and a brand new fire pit area with some seriously cozy ambiance, Rockwell Haus makes for an unforgettable getaway for a group of friends and / or family. If you’ve ever been to Lowell Lake, you know how special of a spot it is, and Derry Woods Cabin is perfectly situated just down the road from this iconic Vermont state park! Three bedrooms, two and a half fully renovated bathrooms, multiple outdoor areas to enjoy - including an outdoor dining area and fire pit with Adirondack chairs - high speed WiFi, laundry, and enough space for the whole family...all wrapped up in a peaceful setting just a stone’s throw from Lowell Lake. Even better, the house is only five minutes away from Magic Mountain and fifteen away from Bromley! And yes, we are dog friendly. ❤️🐶

Say “hello!” to our latest property: Wildwood Acadia, which features not one, but two beautiful homes on five acres in midcoast Maine! We have wanted to open up a location near Acadia National Park for years, and we are over the moon to be making our debut in the area with two lovingly curated homes. The first is Stone House, which is a Japandi-meets-Maine inspired zen-like retreat offering two bedrooms, one bathroom, luxury appliances and entertainment technology, workspace, and view of our seasonal gardens. The second is Salt House, which is a more coastal-inspired property offering one bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living with workspace, high end appliance and entertainment technology, custom kitchen with quartzite countertops, and a soaking tub. All of this sitting on a wonderfully wooded acreage only one block away from the majestic Atlantic ocean...with two access points to the water, including one state park, only a few minutes in each direction. Say “hello!” to the newest member of the Collective: The Aster Chalet! We are so excited to be launching this completely updated mid-century, mountainside retreat in Windham, Vermont. This four bedroom, three bathroom getaway has been renovated throughout and features a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen and living area, propane fireplace, two king master bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, a bunkroom with two twin bunk beds (perfect for vacation sleepovers), an outdoor dining area with Adirondack chairs and ski swing, outdoor fire pit, dedicated workspace, high speed WiFi, and upscale, modern furniture from , , and . All while being minutes from some of the best skiing in Southern and Central Vermont!
