I've been getting a lot of questions regarding the US easing restrictions for Mexico. This means you will still need to have a negative Covid test when coming home by air.

The new rules, which are similar to those announced for international air passengers, will be rolled out in a phased approach. The first phase, kicking off in early November, will allow fully vaccinated visitors traveling for nonessential reasons, like visiting friends or for tourism, to cross US land borders.

Last week we decided kind of short notice to try a European River Cruise. If you are ever in the fence about something like this I would highly recommend it! I love my Valentin trips but this was totally different. And the sights were amazing. I had never experienced Europe before and this was a great way to see places we would want to go back and visit. Beginning April 1st you will be required to pay a tourist tax when visiting Mexico. Payment is required before leaving Mexico. It will be about $10 per person (depends on exchange rate at time). You can pay this before you leave the US.
