Wow, what a wonderful place to stay, the Villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. So easy to access Disney and Universal as well despite looking further away than others on the map, would recommend to anyone to stay here. you will not be disappointed. A quiet well maintained slice of Florida heaven.

Beautiful Villa, exactly as described. Very modern, clean and tidy. Lovely spaces inside.
Cinema space was super, watching movies in the evening. Netflix/ Disney+ accounts on ROKU devices in all rooms.
Peaceful, gated community. We never used the clubhouse, had enough gaming and entertainment available in the Villa.
I would happily stay there again.

Hosts and accommodation were both incredible. Very clear instructions and super responsive assisting with all queries straight away. Property was very family friendly and our 9 year old kids never complained about leaving the parks knowing they were heading back for pool time and relaxing in the cinema area. Faultless stay.

Where do we start? Exceeded all expectations for a family holiday with grown up children - the space, pool, gated estate and area was way beyond what we dreamed of - this was a family holiday of a lifetime. Returning to Florida after eight years (5th visit) this was by far the most glorious villa we have stayed in - every single thing thought through with love and care. We WILL come back and cross ‘villa search’ off our to do list.

Fam. Nitolo were staying in our home with the Christmas Holidays.

Jolande was very pleasant to communicate with. We really loved the home theater on the 2nd floor. Kids enjoyed the warm pool and spa . We also did ( Adultes ) pool tournament … Nice quit neighborhood. Thank you Jolande for sharing your house.

Another satisfied guest stayed in our home.
Laura from the UK stayed late November and beginning of December.

As described, this villa is in a great location for all things Orlando.
Overlooks lake and gets sun from late morning onwards. Well equipped and comfortable. The upstairs entertainment area is great, more comfortable than downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped and the dining area and back room is spacious. Outside the pool area is lovely. We had the pool heated and it was well worth it in December. Spa area is also lovely.

Thank you Jeff and family for your 5* review overall (5 is highest achievable) , they stayed in our home in October 2023, we would love to host you again, you were lovely guests!

We took our 4 year old to Disney World and went to all 4 parks, and it was so nice to come back to the pool and hot tub after a long day. weused the movie room every night to watch Star Wars and Disney movies. Would for sure stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa the last 2 weeks and it far exceeded our expectations, which were already high! Not only is it presented beautifully, it was also great to find it so well stocked with everything we needed. The pool area is lovely, and very quiet which suited us perfectly. We utilised the BBQ rental and after calling the management company they had this set up for us within 24hrs. The boys particularly loved the games equipment, spending a lot of time on air hockey and playing pool. We only had one issue while there, that being the air con on the upstairs floor stopping working, but after contacting the manager he was out within the hour fixing it for us, which was greatly appreciated. It's also perfectly located for visiting the parks, bypassing the I4 meaning it was a much quicker journey than we have had before. We stay in villas for all or holidays and never stay in the same one twice, but as a family are in agreement that when we next return to Florida, we probably couldn't get better than your villa and will likely re-book. Thanks again! Our only disappointment with our stay was it having to come to an end!

From our latest guest another wonderful review, stayed in Villa Maggiore in July 2023 “It was excellent and everything was in very good condition – definitely accurate to the website listing. We had to call the management company just once and that was because the kettle had lots of limescale but they replaced it really quickly with a new one arriving the next day. We were kept busy and visited all the parks. We would definitely book again.” Thank you Vince Family and we hope you will visit us again.
