Universal’s Epic Universe Opens May 22, 2025!

Tickets will go on sale tomorrow, Oct 22! Let me know if you have been waiting to book so you can get on my list.

Here are the details:
✨Universal Orlando is opening its 4th park, Universal Epic Universe in May 2025.
✨This park will be in addition to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay (waterpark).
✨Park to Park Tickets are not valid for Universal Epic Universe
✨At launch, guests must purchase 3+ day tickets. All guests are only allotted 1 day at Epic Universe park and the other 2 days can be used on Universal Orlando’s other 3 parks.
✨Express Pass purchases and details for Universal Epic Universe will be announced at a later date.
✨Universal Epic Universe will have 5 "worlds": Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and Celestial Park
✨Super Nintendo World will have 3 rides and key challenges
✨The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic will have one attraction/ride and another show experience
✨How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk will have 3 rides and a play area
✨Dark Universe will have 2 rides/attractions
✨Celestial Park has 2 rides

PLUS the NEW Helios Grand Hotel opens to book Oct 22 for stays starting May 22.

Did you hear the news Disney dropped today? Disney is launching a new product, the Disney Lightning Lane Premier Pass! So I wanted to hop on here and explain what it is and what we know so far.

What is it?
Lightning Lane Premier Pass gives guests access to the lightning lane on all participating attractions 1x per day.
No need to book an arrival window. Just enter when you are ready.
Photopass Lenses and digital Disney Photopass downloads included
Sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and quantities sold each day are very limited
Walt Disney World - It can be used in 1 park for the day
Disneyland - Can be used in both Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure on the same day

Who is eligible?
Walt Disney World -
Disney Deluxe and Disney Villa Resort Guests
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Guests
Shades of Green Guests

Disneyland -
Guests with valid theme park admission and theme park reservations

Launch Date:
Oct 23 at Disneyland
Oct 30 at Disney World

When can you book?
Walt Disney World - 7 days prior to your check in date
Disneyland - 2 days prior to your theme park visit

Pricing:
While not confirmed, it is estimated to cost around $129-$449+tax per person/per day at Walt Disney World. And around $400 per person/per day for the remainder of this year at Disneyland. I will edit this if pricing is released that contradicts that. Pricing at Walt Disney World and Disneyland’s 2025 pricing will change based on peak travel periods.

Day 13: Departed back to Edinburgh traveling through the gorgeous, Glencoe, stopping at Doune Castle (where Monty Python & the Holy Grail was filmed and some scenes from Outlander, stopped to feed some Highland Coos, and final stop at Stirling Castle. Stirling Castle has a long history with ties to William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, Bonnie Prince Charlie and the childhood home of Mary Queen of Scots.

Day 10: Picked our van and headed towards Loch Ness. We stopped to see Blair Castle, Ruthven Barracks, through Cairngorms National Park to Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness and ended at our beautiful residence for the next few nights in Fort Augustus. The beautiful former Abbey located on Loch Ness was once an old castle, fort, monastery and Abbey, then all boys school before being transformed into a club with residences.

Day 7: Spent the morning walking around Dublin stopping by Dublin Castle, Trinity College, and Christ Church. Didn’t have a lot of time to visit inside. Then boarded our flight to Edinburgh. Our hotel in Edinburgh was located in Grassmarket with views of Edinburgh Castle.
