I am appalled by the inherited dominance culture we continue to witness and be shaped by. Womxn are half the population, it's time to exert our being, our voices, our culture to keep change evolving. I believe the solution lies within each of us by
*becoming aware of the personal power that we are conditioned to hand over and taking it back
*overcoming negative internal dialogue
*strengthening in

tuition and trusting it enough to act
*identifying the trap of your pre programed ‘Grid of Reference’ - you can breakfree of what you know

I identify as a Super Regulator. That means I have a grasp of my mind, brain, body interaction and can choose my response to the Outside stimuli coming In. And as ‘Outside In’ was the only way we survived as dependent children, many are not taught the ‘Inside Out’ gifts that are built into this amazing Mind, Brain, Body system.

Schöenbrunn Palace was my choice of entry today. $50AUD to do an audio tour and you’re not allowed to take pics inside so they can sell you the book. Lucky I took my $8.50 lunch from Billa to picnic on. Nice views on top of the hill looking down 🧡

Everything here is big!! TIP: Do not buy CAT ticket for train from the airport costing €15. There is a public transport train on the next platform and €17 gets you 72 hours on all public transport. This city is so easy to get around. I got caught out👍

Possessions beyond what is needed are useless. I returned in 2018 from 7 weeks with a 7kg backpack and gave away the lot, keeping only what was necessary. I took pics of the emotional stuff and let go. I’ve not looked back and love being transient 🧡
