We use to own two yoga studios in Chicago and continue to teach and lead teacher trainings. Get out of the car and onto the trails!

and in-person in Sedona for 4-days in late October.

Seeking students who have a deep desire to learn more about yoga, spirituality, connection, and how to follow their life’s dreams. A very flexible schedule so you can do in a condensed timeframe or work around your other interests and obligations.
