Oggi vi presentiamo la Old Town di Edimburgo nel 1544.

La ricostruzione in 3D é ad opera dell'Universitá di St. Andrews in collaborazione con Smart History, ed é ispirata ad una planimetria della cittá disegnata dall'ingegnere militare Richard Lee nel 1544.

Nel maggio dello stesso anno la cittá venne devastata da un incendio come ripercussione, da parte del Conte di Hertford, alla fallita conquista del castello di Edimburgo.
