Hi friends! I just read an article recently that said - How do we detox our mind? Personally, I really enjoy reading it and would like to share it with my friends here. The article said:
Think of the mind like a body. In order to detoxify our mind, there are 2 processes, first one is to prevent the negative input just like food, if you want to have a clean body, the first thing to do is to choose a healthier diet. The kind of food that benefits your body, not the kind that is toxic for your body.

Hi friends! We are glad to introduce our 2nd page for our "DISCOVER" brand. Thanks for your support earlier in our 1st DISCOVER page that focus in Eco Tourism. This new page focus on Meditation. To us, Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a method – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. We also will introduce new form of Meditation from time to time with our team mate. Our team mate will also share new areas/ environment locally and across the region that help inspiring us for a great Meditation experience.
