Beach Villa, Ocean views, Rooftop Deck Grill

Newly Renovated Beachside Villa has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sectional couch that can be converted into a queen size bed. The Master bedroom has an Eastern King Bed with its own bathroom and private balcony facing the walk-street providing ocean views. The second bedroom has a Full-size bunkbed with a trundle and connected bathroom and the third bedroom has a Queen Bed and matching trundle. In total, accommodating 10 to 11 people comfortably. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new big-screen HDTVs. The Villa has an open floorplan kitchen with all brand new Thermador appliances. All 3 bathrooms are luxurious; one has a spa-style whirlpool bath tub.

The Villa has 4 TVs. The home has the highest speed WiFi connectivity capability. Ductless Mini-Split AC units are in each room to keep you nice and cool. There’s a brand new front-load washer/dryer unit. And lastly, the most anticipated feature of the Villa is the roof deck. We have lounge chairs, umbrellas, a custom wood dining table that seats 10, a grill, sink and mini-fridge. All of this with 360 degree views overlooking the beach, waves, and the whole town.

The historic 5-acre hillside property, reputed to be the former home of legendary magician Harry Houdini, is 9 minutes from Beverly Hills and Sunset Strip, and 11 from Universal City. Fully furnished. Heated pool and whirlpool bath, 4 large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, Internet access, satellite TV, terraced gardens, 1 hour of hiking trails, BBQ patio. Gated and fenced.

A master suite features a carved-stone mantelpiece and a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Four bathrooms are available for residents and guests. The open-plan kitchens are fully appointed.
High-speed Internet, satellite television, outdoor fireplaces, barbecue patios, a heated pool, and an outdoor spa are part of the amenities.

With nine, large, different entertainment areas in the gardens, your guests will never be bored.

Other things to note
Built in the Edwardian tradition in the early 1900s, the Houdini Estate still has caves, hidden tunnels, terraced gardens, and a deep-water tank where Harry Houdini reportedly practiced his underwater escapes. The secluded property was the perfect retreat for America’s first action hero.
Houdini used the estate’s pool to practice his amazing feats of escape and illusion until a short time before his death in 1926. The magic and mystery of “The Handcuff King” still remain with the property where Houdini’s wife, Bess, gave a famous party for 500 magicians and lived for years after her husband died.

Wings Neck Lighthouse

Once in a lifetime experience to stay in a Lighthouse. Historic, unique and charming but with all of the conveniences that make a great vacation. Just feet from the Atlantic with 360 degrees of ocean view. Beautiful and memorable all year long.

The Wings Neck Lighthouse is an incredibly unique and historic property - completely renovated and now available for an unforgettable vacation. Formerly a US Coast Guard Lighthouse, the light tower still stands attached by a breezeway to a fully functional three bedroom keepers home. Guests can climb the mahogany spiral staircase and view the Atlantic from the lantern room, read about the history of the lighthouse and explore the rocky slopes around the property.

Located at the tip of Wings Neck Point, the house has one of the most fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean ever experienced. Situated a few feet from the water, the vistas are beautiful and traditionally New England. Exploring the rocks and the shore in front of the house is always a guest favorite.

The attached house is completely updated yet still maintains its historic charm. Once inside the entry way, the first floor consists of a living room with fieldstone fireplace which is open to a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen also has a center island with breakfast bar. A comfortable family room has twin sofas (one pullout) and the TV/entertainment center. There are sleeping accommodations for eight. The house has three upstairs bedrooms (1 King, 1 twin set, 1 twin set) and a pullout Queen sofa in the family room. There is a full bath upstairs, a half-bath downstairs and an outdoor shower. Laundry is on the first floor. The kitchen has every amenity including dishwasher, microwave and lobster pot.

A private gate makes the property available only to residents and their guests. There is a private beach for residents only. The house has spectacular water views from every window in every room. Because of the proximity to the Cape Cod Canal, interesting and unusual vistas of shipping and boating traffic are seen daily. The property faces West and enjoys a rare view of the sunset over the water nightly. Many of our guest have reported life changing moments when they experience the peace, beauty and serenity of this special property.

Wings Neck Point maintains a private beach for residents but there are many other beaches worth visiting within a short drive. The small town of Pocasset is approximately three miles and has a few restaurants and convenience stores. Nearby Falmouth and Sandwich offer all the excitement of Cape Cod - beaches, shopping, sightseeing, great restaurants, history and the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
