A short but sweet visit to the amazing La Cala De Mijas. The village was buzzing.

Weather improved daily with amazing day temperatures of mid 20’s

Food and friendship and a few beers/wines were drunk in many a location. Mixed in with some average golf (from me)

Even visited the new rooftop bar that opened earlier in the week.

A short 2:30hr flight from the East Midlands and a 40mins transfer and you could be in that happy place..

The beautiful La Cala De Mijas. A lovely old school Spanish fishing village, yes it has the hustle and bustle of a large town but also the homeliness of a small village.

We have had 2 weeks become available in the main school holidays from Saturday 19th August.

2 bedroom apartment, pool, 5-10 minute walk from the beach and village centre, with numerous bars, cafes and shops.

Malaga airport is around 30mins in a taxi which we can arrange for you too.

Sometimes it is the Little’s things that make a difference.. ☀️

They might not be a live addition to the place but they certainly brighten it up. ☀️ ☀️ ☀️

Oh and the 3 wise meerkats 🙉🙈🙊well that is a story for another day.

If you have a chance to explore Spain 🇪🇸 it has some amazing finds.

Visiting Mijas Pueblo on a Tuesday/Thursday throughout July and August and you even get a little tapas trail to do. (This was the 13th year and first time we found out about it)

10 stops with some desert tapas as well.

Well recommended.
