Next time you are at the market in Zihua, and you want some of that good-good Zanka food! Check out FONDA ELVIRA'S she has most delicious food and she always cooks with a smile, often heard singing a tune! 😊

Today we ordered fajitas and a combination plate of a la diabla spicy shrimp/garlic butter shrimp with a side of chili relleno! 🌶🦐🍽

🥥 Of course we always grab a few cups of coconut water with manzana (soft coconut meat) on the way in through the main entrance to enjoy with our food here at the Mercado Municipal in Centro Zihuatanejo, México!
