Well today was our day for yard work... some of us don't even care it was raining! I was prepared to replant some plants, but I was amazed at how they have filled out this year.

In the process of building we neglected to arrange for landscaping last fall. We attempted to get the process started ourselves and it hasn't turned out so bad!!!! The butterfly gardens are blooming and it is amazing to see how many butterflies 🦋 they attract. We have lost a few plants around the house and plan to replace with more from home this fall. We did have help from Lakeside Landscaping this spring to put in the walkway to the Gazebo and overseed the lawn. It is really starting to fill in.... Scott found a home for his log, and is working on stone art...
