বিদেশগামী ব্যক্তিদের করোনা টেস্ট করার নিয়মাবলীঃ

বহুদিন পর আন্তর্জাতিক বিমান খুলে দেয়ার পর অনেকেই দেশের বাহিরে যাওয়ার কথা ভাবছেন। কিন্তু সে ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম মেনে করোনা টেস্ট করে তার রিপোর্ট নিয়ে তবেই যেতে পারবেন। আমি কতগুলো common প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিচ্ছি।

১) আমি কবে টেস্ট করাব???
উত্তরঃ আপনার যে সময় ঢাকা থেকে ফ্লাইট ছাড়বে তার পূর্বের ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে। সহজ হিসাব এরকম।
- মনে করুন আপনি আজ সকালে স্যাম্পল দিয়েছেন।
- আগামিকাল বিকালে আপনি রিপোর্ট পাবেন।
- পরশুদিন আপনার ফ্লাইট থাকবে।
এই রকম সময় মিলিয়ে চলে আসবেন। তাহলে ৭২ ঘন্টার ঝামেলায় পরবেন না।

২) টেস্ট কোথায় করাব?
উত্তরঃ DNCC করোনা আইসোলেশন সেন্টার,মহাখালী, ঢাকা (মহাখালী বাস স্ট্যান্ড সংলগ্ন)।

৩) টেস্ট করাতে কি কি জিনিস লাগবে?
উত্তরঃ ৩ টি জিনিস
- আপনার পাসপোর্ট এর ফটোকপি
- আপনার এয়ার টিকেটের কপি
- ৩,৫৩৫ টাকা

৪) কখন টেস্ট করাতে আসব?
উত্তরঃ প্রতিদিন সকাল ১০ টা থেকে বিকাল ২ টা।

৫) রিপোর্ট কখন পাব?
উত্তরঃ যেদিন স্যাম্পল দিবেন তার পরের দিন দুপুর
২ টা থেকে ৪ টা।

৬) শুক্রবার, ঈদের দিন বা অন্য সরকারি ছুটির দিন খোলা থাকবে?
উত্তরঃ সপ্তাহ ৭ দিনই খোলা থাকবে। কোন প্রকার ছুটিতে বন্ধ থাকবেনা।

৭) পূর্বে এপয়েনমেন্ট দিতে হবে?
উত্তরঃ না। নির্দিষ্ট সময় হিসেব করে সকালে চলে আসবেন। পূর্বে এপয়েনমেন্ট দেয়ার কিছু নেই।

৮) টাকা কি আগে থেকে রকেট করতে হবে?
উত্তরঃ না। ক্যাশ নিয়ে আসলেই হবে। ভিতরে রকেটের এজেন্ট আছে। তারা করে দেবে।

৯) আমার বাচ্চা আছে, আমার মা বয়স্ক। যেয়ে কি অনেকক্ষণ তাদের বসে থাকতে হবে?
উত্তরঃ না। তাদের লাইনে আগে দেয়া হয় যাতে কষ্ট কম হয়।

১০) বাসায় থেকে স্যাম্পল নেয়া হয় কি না?
উত্তরঃ না। আপনাকে এসেই স্যাম্পল দিয়ে যেতে হবে।

১১) রিপোর্ট কোথায় পাব?
উত্তরঃ ২ ভাবে পেতে পারেন।
- DNCC করোনা আইসোলেশন সেন্টারে নির্দিষ্ট দিনে দুপুর ২-৪ টা পর্যন্ত রিপোর্ট দেয়া হবে।
- covid19reports.dghs.gov.bd এই ওয়েব পেজে দুপুর ২ টার পর আপনার প্রদত্ত মোবাইল নম্বর দিয়ে পেয়ে যাবেন। শুধু প্রিন্ট করে এয়ারপোর্টে নিয়ে যাবেন।
যেটাতে আপনার সুবিধা।

১২) রিপোর্টে নামের বানান ভুল আসছে, তাহলে কি রিপোর্ট ভুল?
উত্তরঃ না। রিপোর্ট ঠিক আছে। এটা অপারেটরের টাইপিং এ ভুল। আপনার পাসপোর্ট নাম্বার আপনার পরিচয় বহন করে।

১৩) রিপোর্টে কোন ধরনের ভুল থাকলে আমি কি করব?
উত্তরঃ রিপোর্ট নিয়ে DNCC আইসোলেশন সেন্টার এ চলে আসবেন। এখানে correction রুম আছে। আপনাকে দ্রুত কারেকশন করে দেবে।

১২) আমার রিপোর্ট করোনা পসেটিভ এসেছে। এখন কি করব?
উত্তরঃ আপনি ফ্লাইট চেঞ্জ করবেন। যদি চেঞ্জ না করা যায় তাহলে আপনার টাকা টা নষ্ট হবে। এখানে কিছুই করার নেই।

১৪) আমি নেগেটিভ হয়ে গেছি কিনা সেটা দেখার জন্য ১৪ দিন পর কি এখানে আবার টেস্ট করতে পারব কিনা?
উত্তরঃ না। আপনার এটা অন্য কোন হাসপাতাল থেকে করতে হবে। সেখানে নেগেটিভ আসলে আবার এয়ারটিকেট কাটলে তারপর আপনি পূর্বের নিয়মে DNCC করোনা আইসোলেশন সেন্টারে এসে corona free certificate এর জন্য স্যাম্পল দিবেন।

১৫) আমি কি ল্যাবএইড, স্কয়ার থেকে টেস্ট করায়ে বিদেশ যেতে পারব?
উত্তরঃ না।

১৬) সিরিয়াল কি ভাবে দিব?
উত্তরঃ আগে আসলে আগে পাবেন ভিত্তিতে টোকেন দেয়া হচ্ছে। সেই অনুযায়ী সিরিয়াল পাবেন। বসার ব্যবস্থা আছে। সিরিয়াল ধরে ডাকবে। এটি বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনী মেইনটেইন করছে। কোন ঝামেলা হবেনা।

বিঃ দ্রঃ নিচের ফর্মটি প্রিন্ট করে ফিল আপ করে নিয়ে আসতে পারেন অথবা আইসোলেশন সেন্টারেও ফর্মটি দেয়া হবে। সেখানেও ফিল আপ করতে পারবেন।
সঠিক ও নির্ঝঞ্ঝাট ব্যবস্থা করার জন্য আমি মাননীয় সিভিল সার্জন মহোদর, ঢাকা; স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তর; বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনী ; সর্বোপরি মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর প্রতি ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন করছি।

Sabah trip details last part. (Late post due to busyness).
2: Semporna, Sabah:
:Kota Kinabalu to Tawau by air, Tawau airport is the near by airport to arrive Semporna. From Tawau airport booked a car to go Semporna by RM70. There are Mini buses (micro bus) from Tawau to Semporna (RM15 per person), grab is also available. From Semporna to return Tawau same mini bus services are available from near KFC.
: Checked in to My Space hostel. It’s very clean & kind of a digital hostel. Per night RM60 for per person but beds are large & suitable for two persons comfortably. This hostel was near by restaurants and jetty too. There are few more hostels available in same area in reasonable price. I have booked this hostel through booking.com.
: Earlier I have mentioned restaurants were available near hostel. All are local restaurants but mostly Chinese, apart from few Malay restaurants. Food was cheaper & good in quantity with quality. There is night market by the jetty where you can experience local activities & food too.
: as most of the things were nearby hostel I didn’t had to look for any transportation. But lots of taxi service will be available near the KFC area.
: I have mentioned in part 1 about Kota Kinabalu Island hopping ticketing process here it’s also quite similar. First day I have asked from my hostel, as usual they offered higher price. Then I went to jetty area & found good price for island hopping after bargaining. Paid RM150 for three islands (Mabul Island, Kapalai & other one can’t remember the name) with lunch & snorkelling equipments. I think you can go more cheaper if you can go to jetty at morning & book for next day activities.

Details of my Sabah trip ❤️🏊‍♀️✈️🥽🏄‍♀️🛥
1: Kota Kinabalu 🇲🇾😍
: Bangladeshi passport holders are not allowed to enter eastern part of Malaysia with a Malaysian visa. Can enter (depends on approval)!!! With special permission from Sabah ministry through email from (http://www.sabah.com.my) this website.
: 🏖🏝
Kuala Lumpur-Kota Kinabalu by air. Checked in to hostel. First day roam around city & booked island hopping tickets for next day. It’s better to book the tickets from the jetty (jesselton point). At jetty you can find lots of booking offices, which is more cheaper than online booking & booking from hotel. Like from my hostel they asked for RM170 for two Island hopping where I have paid only RM50 for the same island hopping. Furthermore, bargaining is always available for you there. Next day went for Island hopping. In day 3 I have explored Tanjung Aru beach site area.
: I have stayed in a hostel (per night RM26) near by Imago shopping mall. it’s better to stay near by jetty or beach area. Those two place I have found very lively. Near by jetty there are lots of local restaurants where you can experience fresh seafoods in reasonable price .
: food in Kota Kinabalu not very expensive if you eat in local restaurants. Additionally, KFC,McDonald’s, Pizza Hut,Nando’s all are available there. In local restaurants one meal could charge around RM12-15.
: grab is available & bike rent is also possible.
hopping: Manukan Island, Sapi Island, Tunku Abdul Rahman park & Gaya Island.

Port Dickson beach🏖 . Recommending this place if you are beach lover or kids are interested for beach games. This place is not very far from Kuala Lumpur , it will take around 2 hours drive to reach there. If you have time then can plan for a night stay in very beautiful beach resorts. I went for a half day trip as half day I have spent in Putrajaya and Putrajaya is on the way of this place.

BOH Tea Plantation is a must-visit place when you are in Cameron Highlands Scenic, tranquil & cool fresh air! The road journey to the BOH Tea Plantation is quite an adventure itself. Boh Tea Plantation has a total of 8000 acres planted with tea. The largest tea plantation in Southeast Asia. Road is narrow and winding.
There is cafeteria where you can experience BOH tea & some other snacks, it’s close on Monday.

The mossy forest is a natural environment that grows only at the highest elevations of Cameron Highlands and other mountain ranges across Malaysia. This moist tropical evergreen forest is also a rich repository for a varied set of montane creatures, encompassing insects, snakes, frogs, birds and mammals unique to this chilly atmosphere.
It’s amazing to hike up the hill with different feeling in every level of the height. There are two options to visit Mossy forest- one is hiking and another one is walk. Hiking is not that difficult but it’s wonderful if you like green nature & other way walking through the forest is also nice to explore.
