The Kitchen is beautifully appointed and fully stocked with cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, cookware, blender, toaster, all the comforts of home. The Island bar is 8 ft in length made of a gorgeous chocolate granite countertop, which seats 6 comfortable and overlooks the intercoastal. Perfect for Large family or entertaining with groups of friends, this will become to you what is has to most " My Happy Place" . Dining room/ Great room concept with large 55 inch flat screen, w/cable and stereo to keep up with games or sway to the island music. Each Bedroom also has it own flat screen and cable Guest 1 has 2 full beds, dresser, nightstand and an ironing board and iron in the closet, hangars, and extra blankets. The Master has a King Bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, plenty of hangers and it own Ensuite. There are USB ports for charging phones and computers as well as WIFI. The laundry room is just down the hall for all your laundry needs, and on site staff 7 days a week should you forget something. If you love fresh seafood, The Original Crabby Bill's in Indian Rocks Beach FL is my favorite spot! While they do NOT have a dedicated fryer for fried foods, I've always found the servers to be very knowledgeable. My go-to is the Tybee Island Plate (not sure why they changed the name from "platter" when it clearly comes out on a massive tray!?) Swimming in melted butter and Old Bay seasoning, this feast is my annual birthday treat to myself! 🦀🍤🌽🥔🌭 🍋 🫑 🧅 Plus it's across from a great public beach!

Fabulous Intracoastal view from your private balcony, steps to the Beach, and a comfortable modern interior in this spacious Two bedroom, Two bath condo. This unit has an updated kitchen, bathroom and living room including furniture. King bed in master bedroom, two full beds in second bedroom. Two bathrooms with one walk-in shower. Condo comes equipped with 3 flat screen TVs, DVD and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit is connected to the building wireless internet. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool central elevator and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.
