Our girl was ready for her Close-Up, and open for rental! Such a perfect little community 1.8 miles the world famous beaches of AMI! We’ve taken special care and attention to ensure that our renters will be comfortable and feel right at home during their stay!

Explore this beautiful bird sanctuary with your family by: playing in the Canopy Zone, join running/walk groups each Saturday morning, kayak/paddle board through waterways, enjoy a picnic or enjoy views from 53 ft tall tower overlooking Tampa Bay. 🦅 🛶

Meet Your Owners! 👋🏼 We are the Robinsons’ and the Sheshulls’ and we are the proud owners of The Blue Rocking Chair on Perico Island. The Papas pictured here are 1st cousins, and our families love to spend time together! After 6ish or so combined trips to the Anna Maria Island area, we fell in love and knew we wanted to make an investment down south! Our plan is to have a place to escape to (we are from OH & KY) and make tons of memories with our families! When we aren’t in town, we look forward to hosting your families! Our hope is that you'll too fall in love with AMI, and have a clean, safe and comfy space to build memories like us! 🏝

Here's a quick glance at the Exterior! Tons of room outdoors-- covered or uncovered (for you sun lizards). Property is completely fenced, with a lockable gate! For you, that may mean extra security- for us it means no kiddies can escape!
