Hi friends!

Just a reminder- the article floating around about Disney not opening until 2021 is only speculation by one financial analysts who is not involved with Disney.

It is sad to not know when we’ll be right in the middle of Main Street, USA again. But please do not panic over strictly opinion pieces that are NOT affiliated with Disney Parks and Resorts.

The moment Disney releases new information, we will update you immediately.

Aloha, cousins!

We’re kicking off our family’s Polynesian resort themed weekend!

This *amazing* concoction goes by lots of different names around Disney: Stitch Juice, Jungle Juice, Liliko’i Juice- but most commonly, you’ll hear it called POG Juice. If you’re lucky enough to live in the Pacific Northwest you’ll probably be able to find it premade in your cold juice aisle- but making your own is a snap.

21 ounces Passion Fruit Juice
21 ounces Guava Juice
14 ounces pulp free orange juice

You can drink as is or use as a base for mimosas or cocktails. Yummmm!

This weekend’s Staycation is inspired by Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. It’s one of my very favorite places on Disney property. During the busiest of vacations walking in to the Poly makes it feel like time slows down and I can take a deep breath and relax.

On the menu for the weekend is Captain Cook’s coconut curry meatballs, Tonga Toast, and dinner inspired by ‘Ohana! What recipes are you most wanting to see?

We decided to support our favorite locally owned restaurant by ordering carry out and we’re nom-ing on gumbo, poboy’s, and hush puppies while we watch Princess and the Frog.

All clients who are immediately impacted have been contacted and I will continue to update on any and all changes as the situation evolves.
