I know that Cape Rendezvous is a pretty nice place to stay, but now we have another house guest.... She's a beautiful (critically endangered) Western Ringtail Possum, and I saw her in the Peppy tree yesterday carrying her baby. She's made her drey in the wooden box that Nige built to hide the pipes. Perfect possum box! If you are bringing your dog, please make sure they don't get too close, and are supervised when outside please. There are a few of these gorgeous creatures on the property, but usually you wouldn't know it. Many thanks 🙏

I'm so pleased to report we have added to our plan for sustainable living with the addition of a battery, fed by the existing solar panels, and an EV charger for our own, and our guests, use. Such a good feeling! 🥰

New (old) oak table for the verandah upstairs. We got this one second hand from Fremantle. Spent the morning sanding and then protecting with Osmo oil. A great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 😍

My wonderful friend Harriet is over from Brisbane. We had the absolute pleasure of a visit from Kate from this morning. As a physiotherapist, I can honestly say she has some serious skills! Always professional, profoundly relaxing and therapeutic. Just bliss! Thank you Kate x
