T-3 days until I head to Disney World for my agency’s Agent Education Program and I cannot wait!

It will be a busy (but fun!) weekend that includes learning sessions, classroom time and workshops, as well as other new experiences like a Magic Kingdom After Hours Event, staying at a new resort (Disney’s Boardwalk Inn) and even time to explore the EPCOT Festival of the Arts!

I’m so excited to gain more knowledge and first hand experience to better serve you and help you and your family plan the most magical Disney World trip.

✨Lee Family - Disney Cruise Line🛳️

Loved helping this family plan their first Disney cruise aboard the Disney Dream! They sailed on a Very Merrytime cruise in December, so they got to experience all the Christmas and Disney magic while onboard.

When it comes to booking a Disney cruise and getting the best rates, the early bird truly gets the worm! Let me explain…

Best pricing for Disney cruises is always when itineraries are released. As staterooms and cruises book up, pricing also goes up. Disney Cruise Line rarely releases promotions, so the best way to ensure you get the best price is to book early!

Currently, itineraries are available through May 2026. We have a cruise booked for early May 2026 and for reference, it is now $200 more for the same stateroom than when we first made our deposit back in September when those itineraries were released. As you can imagine, with it still being over a year away, pricing will only continue to go up.

With that being said, if you’re wanting to go on a Disney cruise in 2025, we should chat now (there is a great Disney+ promo available if you qualify)! Or, if you’re considering going summer 2026 or after, I can put you on my list for planning and let you know when those itineraries are released (to help you get best pricing), which will hopefully be in the next couple months!🛳️

Tyler and I said goodbye to the cold and snow in Ohio for warm and sunny Jamaica today!

We are spending the week in Negril, which is on the west coast of the island, where you can find beautiful beaches and sunsets….we caught our first one this evening.😍

With that being said, we are staying at 2 different resorts in the Negril area (plus checking out another family friendly resort) during this trip, starting with Sandals Negril. While here, there will be a full resort tour with the sales team and I’m excited to learn even more about this beautiful resort and all it has to offer!

Disney Cruise Line is a great alternative if you want a more relaxing vacation without the business of the parks, but still with all the excellent Disney service, experience and magic you’d expect.✨

Details:
-Disney+ subscribers can save 50% on cruise fare for 3rd and 4th guests under 18 years of age on select cruises.

Some pricing for 2 adults and 2 kids:
🛳️A 3 night Bahamian cruise on the Disney Dream from May 9-12, 2025 in a verandah stateroom for ~$2,900.
🛳️ A 4 night Bahamian sailing on the Disney Dream from May 12-16, 2025 in a verandah stateroom for ~$3,500.

A question I frequently get asked or see asked is when the best time to go to Disney World is.

To that, I always feel like whenever is best for your family is the best time to go, but, if you are flexible and looking for specifically a time where there tends to be “lower” crowds, here’s what I might suggest!

✨Late January/Early February
✨Late April
✨May (before Memorial Day)
✨Late August
✨September

And on the opposite end of the spectrum, mid to end of March, as well as the week between Christmas and New Years tend to be the busiest.

*Please keep in mind that this is not a guarantee or absolute prediction, but just what could be likely based on crowds that have visited in previous years.👍🏼

Considering a trip to an all-inclusive resort in 2025?🌴

The destinations that have the most options (that also tend to have more budget friendly ones) are:

🇲🇽 Mexico
🇯🇲 Jamaica
🇩🇴 Dominican Republic

With that being said, if you looking for something a bit more unique or elsewhere, there are some great options at other island destinations, but be prepared it might cost you more as well. In addition, there are a few islands I probably wouldn’t suggest you go if looking for a true all-inclusive resort experience, just because there are really very few options, and getting the most bang for buck just isn’t there. One specifically that comes to mind is Aruba.

With all that being said, if you feel overwhelmed by all the resort options and destinations out there (in Mexico, for example, there are literally hundreds!)—as a travel advisor, I can help you find the perfect one.😊

Just recently booked a family trip to Walt Disney World for 2025 and they will be staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. This resort is a beauty and the location can’t be beat!

Here are just a few reasons why guests love this resort:👇🏼

💦Two pools with a water slide and other amenities, as well as a fun water splash/play area for littles

🛌 Spacious rooms as well as 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas for larger families or multigenerational families. These rooms have recently been refurbished and are SO pretty!

🍽️ 7 dining options (including 1 character dining experience) and 3 bars

🚝 Located in the Magic Kingdom area, this resort is a quick ride on the monorail to Magic Kingdom, and also to EPCOT. Super convenient, especially with kids.

Tyler, Harper and I stayed here in 2023 and I absolutely loved it and I have no doubt this family will too.

Now that’s it’s 2025 and the holidays are over, it’s time to start planning and booking those trips for this year! Disney Cruise Line dropped a brand new promotion for select sailings in 2025, and if you’ve been considering cruising with DCL….this is your sign!😉

For Disney+ subscribers, 3rd and 4th guests under 17 years of age can sail for half price with 2 full-fare guests in the same stateroom.

This offer is good for select 3, 4, and 5 night sailings between January 3 and June 13, 2025 on the Disney Dream and Disney Wish (which we just sailed on!)

Just recently booked a honeymoon for a couple to Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios, Jamaica!🇯🇲

This adults only, all-inclusive resort is a big one! It has 16 restaurants and 11 bars, including 3 swim ups and a speakeasy! Also included are land and water sports, day and night entertainment, green fees at a nearby golf course, tips, and roundtrip airport transfers.

Not to mention, massages, a catamaran excursion and VIP airport services have also been arranged and ready to go for this couple to get their honeymoon started off right.🥂

Let’s talk about Disney’s Skyliner—my favorite means of Disney transportation to help you get around Disney World!👇🏼 Did you know Disney’s Skyliner connects four Disney resorts? ⁣⁣ 🪀Disney’s Pop Century Resort⁣⁣ 🎨Disney’s Art of Animation Resort⁣⁣ ✨Disney’s Riviera Resort⁣⁣ 🌴Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Ultimately, it will transport you between these resorts and to Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. It’s also super easy to use with strollers as you don’t need to have your kids get out/fold them up. The ease and convenience of using it is one of the reasons why I frequently recommend staying at one of these resorts (depending on several other factors that are important to your family, of course😉).⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣But beware, the Skyliner is typically closed for routine maintenance in January—something I would be sure you knew before booking your stay there!

Still not over that water.😍. If you want a more relaxing vacation, with a touch of Disney magic, maybe a Disney cruise is exactly what you need!🛳️🏝️
