A wheelchair platform lift has been installed to link the pool, terrace and main living area of the villa with a fully accessible living area, downstairs. There is an accessible bedroom with a ceiling hoist; a bathroom with a hoist over the 4 person whirlpool bath and a roll in shower with handrails and there is a disabled toilet with a low level sink and supporting handrails.
