Water has always been a source of calm for me and the place I go to when I just need to get away from it all, whether it's from the 9-5 or reflecting on my personal life or, anything really.

Yesterday, I found myself having that strong desire to be in that place right away. I was left frustrated with work and then saddened by the news.

Ladies, for those of you who are frustrated for whatever reason, I hope you find some calm this weekend.
