It makes it all worth it when you receive fabulous reviews like this.

Wonderful place, very tastefully designed and decorated, clean, new, well-equipped. It's a delightful place to enjoy peace & tranquility but be within a close drive to various points & beaches in western Cornwall. Tina was a very responsive and helpful host. We would love to return!

** We have availability during September so why not experience St Ives September Festival.
We are a short drive into St Ives or St Erth park & ride - take a train ride (one of the most scenic) to St Ives.

Husband & wife run business located on the beautiful and wild peninsula of West Cornwall. We are located midway between the iconic and vibrant St Ives (4 miles) on the north coast and the old market town of Penzance ( 3 miles) in the west - the gateway to the Scilly Isles.

The village of Ludgvan is nearby with its ancient church and local public house .Views from the property overlooks the majestic St Michael's Mount & Mounts Bay with distant views towards the Lizard peninsula &beyond.

We are surrounded by natural Cornish hedged fields with views across rolling countryside.
Accommodation is spacious with a large lawn and patio area.

The location offers easy access to the county of Cornwall and is 3 miles from the sandy beaches of Marazion.

Our property is great for those looking to get away for a short break, whether it's for a walking holiday, Horse Riding holiday (nearby riding school) ,beach holiday etc
