There’s way more fun this fall at 5 o’clock somewhere cabin retreat. Our peaceful home away from home… no schedules, hockey or meetings!

What can you do while you are here??
- walk the many interconnecting trails. An entrance few metres from our driveway! 🍁
- soak away on a cooler day in the spacious hot tub 💦
- kayak, canoe or fish with a bit of coolness in the air that is no match for a hotty totty to heat you up 🐟🥃-
- snuggle up on the muskoka chairs fireside roasting…whatever is your delight, overlooking the beautiful scenic Big Straggle Lake 🔥
- a cooler day, stay inside with a homemade espresso, board games or video games if that’s your pleasure… while snacking on some yummy treats from our partners Harcourt Marina Market and Bakery 🍪
- are you a horseback rider? Check out the Algonquin Stables less than an hour away … a memory our family will never forget 🐎🐴

Cozy up by the firepit lakeside 🔥

Fish right off the dock in a fully stocked lake Or venture out to the BIG ROCK (deepest part) for some bites 🎣

Kyak or canoe for 2….to watch the beautiful leaves change and enjoy some tranquil moments off shore 🛶

Cheers for 2 in the relaxing hot tub, overlooking the lake 💦♥️

Sun on deck all day long!!! Enjoy dinner, drinks or your morning coffee ☕️ outside, even in the winter!!

Rain or snow?!! No problem! Come inside to our renovated kitchen and family room, including a custom fireplace and cozy seating for everyone!

Fur babies are especially welcome!!! Pampering included with a ready to sleep pet bed, dishes and don’t worry…if you forgot something for them… we have you covered with some items to borrow in the “puppy” box!

Fishing is crazy!! Fully stocked lake and little secret places make for a a fun and relaxing family and friend bonding experience!

FUN in the sun and FALL can mean so many things at our private cottage retreat nestled in Harcourt Park on Big Straggle Lake!

October and November dates are still available for a fall family … or couple….getaway!

Fishing is at the all time best … grab the canoe and travel out to the big rock for some bites OR kayak out to the deeper waters near the private island for some rainbow trout.
Lake is fully stocked!!

Or…. If relaxation on land is more of your jam 😆 cozy up to the firepit with the “ready to light” wood provided and snuggle up with your loved one roasting marshmallows under the stars with our provided cozy fireside blankets!

Or…… if you need some much deserved R and R …. Day drink (whatever your flavour) on our spacious balconey overlooking the gorgeous Big Straggle views or prep to get wet and toasty in the….
