Its not really possible for me to set this with AirBnB directly but any reservation made during the NY Snowmobile Season I will refund fully with AirBnB if the trails are closed before you arrive. That is my only exception to the cancellation policy. As a snowmobiler I know the pressure of the wait it out game and then scrambling to find a place because of cancellation policy’s. As a business owner I get it. However winters have changed over the years. Doing this is just ethical. Im not interested in “gotcha” business I want return customers. Thats the best thank you a business can receive. Now let’s pray for snow. Trails opened December 16th.

My property in Pittsburgh is in a Commercial District on a busy road. My street sign there has been empty since 2013 since I just use the property residentially so I thought this would look better than a empty sign. Little disappointed though with how light the top turned out, making it a little harder to read so if anyone had a suggestion to help that out Im open to it. Thanks!

PS, It is lighted at night and pics make it look more lighter than it actually looks in person.

Year 1 has really taught me what my guests and customers enjoy the most. Their feedback says it all and got some nice additions coming in 2025 to grow on it. Plenty of availability left for Hunting Season. Cabin is located in the Northern Zone in NY so rifle opens October 26th. Big thanks to all my guests!
