En Route Travel Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your travel requirements.
1.2. A deposit of at least 25% or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the specific tour package or service. The payment amount and schedule will be communicated to you during the booking process.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

2.2. If you decide to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing 10-15 days prior to the scheduled travel and tour. The cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of your written notification.
2.3. Cancellation after the grace period of 10-15 days is considered invalid and therefore the paid amount is no longer refundable.
2.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and method of payment used for the booking. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed.
3. Name Change on Booking:
3.1. Name changes on the booking are allowed, subject to the following conditions.
3.2. The request for a name change must be submitted in writing or through the designated communication channel.
3.3. A name change fee may apply, and the traveler will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the change.
3.4. The name change is subject to availability and any restrictions imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
3.5. The request for a name change must be made within a specified timeframe before the departure date, as communicated by the travel and tour provider.
3.6. The name change is non-transferable and applicable only to the original booking.
3.7. The traveler must provide all necessary details and documentation required for the name change process.
4. Travel Documents and Insurance:
4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, as required by your destination country.
4.2. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings.
5. Health and Safety:
5.1. It is your responsibility to assess and consider any health and safety risks associated with your chosen travel destination. We recommend that you check travel advisories and consult with appropriate medical professionals before traveling.
5.2. We are not liable for any health issues, accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your travel. You travel at your own risk.
6. Changes to Itinerary:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary, including tour dates, routes, accommodations, and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical constraints.
6.2. In the event of any changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of similar value. If the alternatives offered are not acceptable, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the cancellation policy.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. We act only as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party providers.
7.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection:
8.1. We collect and process personal information as necessary to provide our services. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Severability:
9.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement:
10.1. This provision states that the Terms and Conditions presented constitute the entire agreement between you (the traveler) and En Route Travel. It means that these terms govern the relationship between both parties and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the travel and tour services.
