The pangolin has received the most attention of all from my last safari. They climb on trees, curl into a ball, they have no teeth, and are (unfortunately) almost extinct. Such a privilege to be able to see them ❤️. The Pangolin Rescue Centre is now on future itineraries!

The pangolin is sadly, nearly extinct. This amazing species was a total delight to see up close and learn about at the Pangolin Rescue Centre. Thanks to Gad at Ruhondeza Lodge in Buhoma, near Bwindi, for sharing his information about this wonderful rescue center. This place will be a regular spot on Mama Kuku Travel itineraries!!
