Boise, Idaho. Wow! What a great city. The people are so nice. Enjoyed Freak Alley Gallery, touring Idaho State Penitentiary (👀 interesting), seeing raptors up close at World Center for Birds of Prey 🦅, and spending time in the Boise National Forest, and stopping in Idaho City (old town). Ate some yummy food too. 😋 Oh, an witnessed a baptism at Greenbelt. 🤍 All in all a good day!

This is one of my favorite photos from our full-time RV journey. 🚐 Why? Because it reminds me to pause and truly take in the beauty around me—whether it’s stopping to smell the roses 🌹 or, in this case, the trees🌲.
In 2020, we stumbled upon this scenic route by chance, but I’m so grateful we did.
There’s so much goodness on this planet, just waiting for us to notice and enjoy—beauty in nature, beauty in others, beauty within ourselves... and the beauty of God. Today, I hope you find a moment to pull over, take in something awe-inspiring, or notice the beauty in someone else. But above all, I pray you experience the profound beauty of God today. ✨
After several weeks on the road enjoying a hippie fair, rodeos and a perfect weather day on the beach, it’s time for more cleanup at home base. Trimming trees so our RV doesn’t get scratched when we enter and exit. Also, clearing out more of the trees on the right side of the property. This winter (when the leaves fall) we plan on clearing out some of the wooded area behind us so that our oaks and pecan trees can grow better. 🌳

Roof failures are no fun! The delay was very frustrating, but in the end – 6 months later- it all worked out.
Full time RVing isn’t all fun and games. There will be challenges, but you can overcome.
We are so thankful to the team of people who work at Big Sky RV in Bozeman, MT. They helped us out and got us back on the road….to Glacier National Park.

From boon docking on “The Wall” in the Badlands, hanging out in Deadwood, to meeting a world-known artist - we had a blast! And oh, the beauty of the Black Hllls, the Needles Eye and Sylvan Lake - WOW!

Our new home base looks so pretty covered with white. This is very unusual for Cajun country, but we are enjoying a few days in. Cooking all the good foods: Gumbo, chili, veggie soup, rice n gravy, cookies, brownies, popcorn ... and the list goes on and on. 😋
