Welcome to Dexter's Den 👋 🦁

We are on Cleethorpes Beach (formally known as Thorpe Park) at Cleethorpes, our van is in a very peaceful spot 5 minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ and 5 minutes walk to the adventure land where all the activities 🏊‍♀️🏌️‍♀️, food and bar places are 🍲🍺

We have 2 bedrooms - one king-size bed and one with 2 singles (can be pushed into a double if desired) our third bed is a double pull out in the living area 🛏️

A large living/dining area suitable for all the family to gather together for cosy nights, game nights and to feast together 🛋️

Our large bedroom has an en-suite and we have a separate bathroom with a shower 🚽🚿🧖

Available upon request we have a cot (bedding not provided), bed guard, highchair & baby bath 👶 (please request upon booking to ensure these will be assembled for your arrival)

In our van we have some exciting extras such as WiFi - Netflix, prime, catch up TV 📺 , playstation🎮, board games ♟️, air fryer 👩‍🍳 & coffee machine ☕ which are essential for those unfortunate rainy days we sometimes get! ☔

Our verander can be closed for child safety and is equipped with a comfortable seating spot and table & chairs for dining leaving plenty of space for little ones to play games ⚽

Upon arrival a small welcome hamper will be made to help you get settled in 🍷🍫🍬🍺 free of charge 🙂

We decorate accordingly for each celebrating season 🐰, we can also decorate for any personal celebrations such as birthdays/anniversaries 🎈🎂 for a small additional cost

Passes are to be purchased separately through Haven- upon booking you will receive an email with the link to book 📧 alternatively these can be booked up on arrival at the reception 🎫

We're selling our static caravan situated on Cleethorpes Beach (known as Thorpe Park) Cleethorpes. It's a great family site and also great for a relaxing break. Private renting is allowed also.

6 berth, 2 bedrooms- master bedroom has en-suite.

The van is situated on a very nice calm spot minuets walk away from the beach and ammenaties. The van has been modernised in terms of decor, it's clean & tidy no issues what so ever.

Reason for selling is due to family and work commitments, we just can't get over as much as we would like to enjoy it which is a shame!
